We’re firmly committed to reducing risks through diligent and thorough health, safety, environmental protection and quality (HSEQ and Covid-19) procedures.
At McDonald Scaffolding we employ a full-time HSE and training manager to ensure that all systems and procedures run smoothly. Every individual is fully trained in this area and committed to a safe working environment.
We also employ a full-time health and safety officer who oversees compliance and adherence to HSE policy. From our on-site training facility, we conduct all relevant safety training for up to 20 people at a time to ensure all of our staff receive the most up-to-date training and safety procedure briefings.
Safe working procedures
We conduct comprehensive HSE meetings with our contract team before each project, no matter what its value, to assess any risks and eliminate any potential HSE issues. Our scaffolders are fully trained and qualified, and supervisory staff carry out regular inspections and audits on every contract. We constantly strive to improve our quality standards, maintain safe working practices and encourage optimal lines of communication with all our employees.

The commitments listed in our HSEQ Policy Statements are in addition to our basic obligations to comply with the McDonald Scaffolding (Services) Ltd standards as well as applicable laws and regulations for the areas which we operate in.
